#BBB NEWS| WATCH: Dr. Dre Discusses Upcoming NWA Biopic ‘Straight Outta Compton’ [VIDEO]

During a rare radio visit, (ironically, on the 20th anniversary of Eazy E’s passing,) Dr. Dre stopped by Big Boy’s 92.3 The Real to discuss the upcoming NWA biopic, Straight Outta Compton.

The Beats by Dre billionaire didn’t give away too many details about the flick, but did stress he wanted people to be motivated by it.

“I hope they can be inspired.” Dre said. “That was the main word we used when we went into this. We want to show the ultimate brotherhood, betrayal — it has everything.

Dre admitted to not wanting to be a part of filming because he thought it would place a blemish on the group’s legacy, but changed his tune once he got on set.

“Once we got into it, it started feeling good,” he said.

Straight Outta Compton hits theaters Aug. 14. Until then, watch the interview below..
